Authorizes $120,659,000 in general obligation bonds for fiscal year 2026-2027 for 14 capital improvement projects in Hawaii's Eleventh Representative District (South Maui area).

Allocates $65,000,000 for Kulanihakoi High School athletics complex (gym, track, football field, courts) and $20,000,000 for an ADA-compliant grade-separated school crossing at the same school.

Funds $18,000,000 for a special education classroom building at Kihei Elementary School and $2,500,000 for air conditioning at Kamalii Elementary School.

Includes $5,500,000 for Kihei small boat harbor repairs, $3,500,000 for boat ramp basin dredging, and $4,850,000 for Kahoʻolawe Island Reserve Commission educational center and boathouse expansion.

Appropriations remain available until June 30, 2028, with the Act taking effect July 1, 2026.
