Establishes a Climate-Resilient Food Systems Grant Program within the Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity to support climate adaptation, resiliency, and food system infrastructure in Hawaii.

Grants are available to agricultural producers (farmers and ranchers) and food and resilience hubs on a competitive basis through a request for applications process.

Eligible grant expenses include acquisition of special-purpose equipment or technology, personnel expenses and wages, and training expenses.

Applicants must submit plans describing how funds will expand production, processing, storage, and distribution of agricultural products while supporting climate adaptation.

Appropriates an unspecified amount from general revenues for fiscal year 2026-2027, with an effective date of July 1, 3000 (placeholder date).
