Amends Hawaii's publicity rights law (Section 482P-1, Hawaii Revised Statutes) to add definitions for "artificial intelligence" and "artificial intelligence deepfake"

Defines "artificial intelligence deepfake" as media entirely created by AI that would falsely appear authentic to a reasonable person, or media materially altered by AI that would cause a fundamentally different understanding compared to the original

Expands the legal definition of "likeness" to explicitly include artificial intelligence deepfakes alongside existing categories like photographs, paintings, and other recognizable representations

Provides individuals with legal protections against unauthorized use of their likeness through AI-generated deepfakes under Hawaii's existing publicity rights framework

Takes effect upon approval with no retroactive application to rights, penalties, or proceedings that occurred before the effective date
