Establishes strict liability for crimes against persons 60 years of age or older, removing the previous requirement that the offender knew or reasonably should have known the victim's age

Amends assault in the first degree (Class B felony) to impose strict liability when causing substantial bodily injury to a person 60 or older

Amends assault in the second degree (Class C felony) to impose strict liability when causing bodily injury to a person 60 or older

Applies strict liability to theft in the first degree (property exceeding $750 or theft from the person) and theft in the second degree (property exceeding $250) when victims are 60 or older

Extends strict liability to unauthorized entry in a dwelling (Class B felony) and forgery in the first and second degrees when the victim or purported maker/drawer of forged instruments is 60 or older
