Changes appointment and removal of the legislative analyst from the committee to a majority vote of the full legislature in joint session, and sets salary equal to the director of the legislative reference bureau

Appropriates unspecified general fund amounts for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 for operations of the Office of Legislative Analyst, including salaries and equipment
