Expands Hawaii's electric vehicle charging rebate program to include rebates of up to $1,750 per parking stall for installing electric vehicle-ready infrastructure in new affordable housing construction

Defines "electric vehicle-ready" as having full-circuit installation with 208V three-phase or 240V single-phase power, 40-ampere panel capacity, raceway, wiring, receptacle, and overprotection devices

Limits rebate eligibility to 50% of total electric vehicle-ready parking stalls installed per affordable housing project

Defines "affordable housing" as housing affordable to households with income at or below 140% of area median income as determined by HUD

Applies to electric vehicle-ready parking stalls installed after July 1, 2025, with applications required within 12 months of installation
