Upgrades "promoting minor-produced sexual images in the first degree" from a misdemeanor to a class C felony when the offender is three or more years older than the minor victim

Extends the statute of limitations tolling period for felony obscenity offenses (chapter 712, parts I and II) during any time the victim is alive and under 18 years of age

Increases probation terms from four years to five years for class B or C felony convictions under chapter 712, part II (obscenity offenses)

Adds "promoting pornography for minors" and "promoting minor-produced sexual images in the first degree" (felony level) to the definition of "sexual offense" requiring sex offender registration

Effective date set for July 1, 3000 (placeholder date), with provisions to preserve amendments to probation statutes beyond their 2026 repeal date
