Appropriates an unspecified amount from general revenues for fiscal year 2025-2026 to fund the parcel acquisitions

Acquired lands will be used for economic development and community needs as determined by DBEDT

Responds to Honolulu's 6.6% population growth from 2010 to 2020 and insufficient infrastructure, particularly outdoor spaces for community activities

Takes effect July 1, 2025
