Requires landlords to provide 60 days written notice before raising rent or terminating rental agreements for tenancies greater than 90 days

Increases termination notice requirements to 90 days for tenancies of three years or more, and 60 days for tenancies of less than three years

Requires 15 days notice (increased from 10 days) to terminate tenancies that are less than month-to-month

Maintains existing 120-day notice requirement for landlords terminating month-to-month tenancies due to voluntary demolition, condominium conversion, or conversion to transient vacation rentals

Effective July 1, 3000, applying to all rental agreements and renewals entered into on or after that date
