Clarifies labeling requirements for coffee that is both grown and processed in Hawaii, changing "Hawaii-grown and Hawaii-processed" to "Hawaii-grown and -processed" throughout the statute

Requires coffee blends containing Hawaii-grown coffee mixed with foreign coffee to meet minimum percentage requirements and clearly list the geographic or regional origins of all coffees in descending order by weight

Defines "geographic origin" as regions within Hawaii where green coffee beans are produced, and adds a new definition for "regional origin" as any coffee growing region outside the State

Mandates specific labeling formats: 100% Hawaii coffee must display geographic origin followed by "Coffee," while blends must show percentage, geographic origin, and "Coffee Blend"

Effective date of July 1, 2050
