Repeals Section 92-10 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, which currently exempts the state legislature from the state's open meetings law

Removes the provision that allowed the Senate and House of Representatives to set their own rules for open meeting requirements, enforcement, penalties, and sanctions

Eliminates the legislative exemption from requirements regarding notice, agenda, and minutes of meetings

Takes effect upon approval
