Reduces Hawaii's minimum wage increase scheduled for January 1, 2026 from $16.00 per hour to $15.00 per hour

Eliminates the previously planned minimum wage increase to $18.00 per hour that was scheduled for January 1, 2028

Accelerates the tip credit increase to $1.50 per hour below minimum wage from January 1, 2028 to January 1, 2026

Tipped employees must receive combined wages and tips at least $7.00 more than the applicable minimum wage to qualify for the tip credit
