Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes section 486-120.5 to expand macadamia nut labeling requirements to include both where nuts are grown AND processed, not just where they are grown

Products labeled as "100% Hawaii-Grown Macadamia Nuts" or similar designations must now contain macadamia nuts that were both grown and processed in Hawaii

Requires products containing macadamia nuts grown OR processed outside Hawaii to display the statement: "This product contains macadamia nuts grown or processed outside Hawai'i"

Sellers must provide documented proof upon demand that macadamia nuts represented as Hawaii-grown and Hawaii-processed were actually grown and processed in the state

Effective date is January 2, 2026
