Prohibits individuals from residing in, on, or within 50 feet of freshwater waterways (rivers, streams, or drainage canals), with exemptions for lawful property owners, renters, and occupants

Requires law enforcement to allow 45 minutes for individuals to remove personal property when present; property left behind may be immediately disposed of without being held for retrieval
