Appropriates $100,000 per year for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to develop and implement a leadership training module for manager-level state employees focused on interdepartmental collaboration

Establishes three permanent full-time positions in the Department of Human Resources Development: two human resource specialists (2.0 FTE) and one human resource technician (1.0 FTE)

New positions will expand the training branch's capacity to offer professional development programs for state employees, including leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and area-specific training

Funding amount for the three new positions is left blank in the bill and to be determined

Takes effect July 1, 2025
