Establishes minimum state supplemental payment floors for adult residential care homes, setting Type I facilities (including licensed developmental disabilities domiciliary homes, community care foster family homes, and certified adult foster homes) at no less than $784 and no more than $1,332

Sets Type II adult residential care home state supplemental payments at no less than $892 and no more than $1,440

Authorizes an additional payment of up to $500 for resident clients receiving supplemental security income when appropriated state funds are not fully expended within the fiscal year, but only after maximum payments have been made for at least 12 consecutive months

Removes the specific July 1, 2006 date reference, allowing the department to authorize additional payments as it determines a need

Takes effect July 1, 2025
