Authorizes registered pharmacists under contract with 340B Drug Pricing Program covered entities to supervise prescription filling and receipt via telehealth using interactive telecommunications systems

Permits telepharmacy services only when the patient is located at a covered entity facility that has obtained or applied for a pharmacy license, and the pharmacist is not physically present at that facility

Creates an exception to existing law requiring a pharmacist to be physically present for prescriptions to be filled, compounded, or received

Defines "telehealth" to include real-time audio/video conferencing, secure web-based communication, and asynchronous information exchange for transmitting patient medical information

Takes effect upon approval by the governor
