Imposes term limits on condominium association board members, restricting them to no more than two consecutive terms

Allows former board members who served two consecutive terms to run again after sitting out one full term

Amends Section 514B-107 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes governing condominium board limitations

Aims to reduce corruption and increase unit owner participation in association governance, citing recent embezzlement scandals and concerns about incumbent boards using proxy voting and ballot harvesting to retain power

Takes effect July 1, 2025
