Funds will be administered by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL)

Addresses the over 28,000-person waitlist for Hawaiian home lands housing

Builds upon the 2022 legislative appropriation of $600,000,000, which is projected to produce more than 6,000 housing units

Takes effect July 1, 2025
