Appropriates unspecified funds from general revenues for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA)

Directs OHA to convene a working group to develop a Native Hawaiian marketing program that would promote and support Hawaiian-owned businesses through marketing and technical assistance

Requires OHA to submit reports to the legislature no later than 20 days before the 2026 and 2027 regular sessions on program design, implementation, and long-term viability

Reports must include relevant data and any proposed legislation
