Department of Human Services must develop a model placard meeting all requirements and make it available for download by January 1, 2026

Department of Education must provide annual training to teachers, educational officers, and school-based behavioral health specialists on sex trafficking dynamics, victim identification, trauma-informed response strategies, and prevention methods

Department of the Attorney General must develop and implement public education and outreach events in Hawaii, Kauai, Maui, and Honolulu counties, covering topics including risk factors, trafficker methods, victim resources, and community actions

Appropriates unspecified general fund amounts for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to the Attorney General for public education and outreach events, effective July 1, 2025
