Establishes a School Psychologists Working Group within the Department of Education to develop an immediate pathway to licensure for school psychologists in Hawaii, which is currently the only state without certification or licensure for this profession

Working group core membership includes the Superintendent of Education, Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and Attorney General (or their designees)

Chairperson may invite additional members from the Hawaii Association of School Psychologists, National Association of School Psychologists, Board of Psychology, Hawaii Psychological Association, and other stakeholders

Report with findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation due to the legislature no later than 20 days before the 2026 regular session

Working group ceases to exist on July 31, 2026; bill takes effect July 1, 2050
