Establishes a nationally certified school psychologist incentive program within the Department of Education to recognize school psychologists who earn the Nationally Certified School Psychologist credential from the National Association of School Psychologists

Provides an annual bonus to each nationally certified school psychologist who maintains current national certification (dollar amount to be determined)

Offers reimbursement for national certification application fees upon achieving the credential, plus an additional payment upon completing all certification components

Provides an extra annual bonus for nationally certified school psychologists who work in hard-to-fill areas as defined by the department

Appropriates unspecified funds from general revenues for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to support the incentive program, with an effective date of July 1, 3000
