Requires landlords or their agents to accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports that are less than 30 days old, without charging additional application fees

Mandates that landlords or their agents provide applicants, upon request, with certified copies of their criminal background checks and credit reports that are less than 30 days old

Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 521-46 to reduce financial barriers for rental applicants who must submit multiple applications in a competitive housing market

Takes effect upon approval
