Exempts disabled veterans from Hawaii's vehicle weight tax for one noncommercial motor vehicle, aligning their tax exemptions with those offered to active-duty military members

Defines "disabled veteran" as a Hawaii resident who was honorably discharged from the U.S. armed forces and has a 100% service-connected disability rating from the Department of Veterans Affairs

Repeals the existing exemption for disabled veterans from the $46 annual vehicle registration fee under section 249-31.5

Amends section 249-6.5 to include disabled veterans alongside National Guard, military reserve, and armed service members for the vehicle weight tax exemption
