Raises the speed threshold triggering automated speed enforcement citations from 5 miles per hour over the limit to 7 miles per hour over the posted maximum

Allows Department of Law Enforcement employees, not just county police, to review and verify license plate images before citations are mailed

Appropriates unspecified amounts from the state highway fund for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to establish and implement the automated speed enforcement systems program
