Adds natural organic reduction as an option for disposition of unclaimed dead human bodies at public expense, with the same $800 payment cap that applies to cremation services

Amends multiple sections of Hawaii Revised Statutes (chapters 327, 327N, 346, 531B, and 841) to include natural organic reduction facilities alongside crematories and hydrolysis facilities in all relevant legal provisions regarding human remains disposition
