Supports invasive species response programs targeting Brown Tree Snake, Coconut Rhinoceros Beetle, Little Fire Ants, Coqui Frog, Rose-Ringed Parakeet, and Two-Lined Spittlebug

Provides funding for biosecurity infrastructure including pest diagnostics, risk assessment, technology upgrades, biosecurity facility planning, and public awareness campaigns

Allocates resources for green waste management, compost reimbursement, and import replacement fund programs under the Department of Agriculture
