Repeals the tip credit increase to $1.50 per hour that was scheduled for January 1, 2028, keeping it at $1.25 per hour

Maintains the requirement that tipped employees must receive at least $7.00 more than the applicable minimum wage when combining employer wages and tips

Intended to support small businesses and stabilize Hawaii's economy by limiting wage increase pressures that could lead to higher consumer prices or job reductions
