Authorizes licensed health care practitioners to prescribe single-use epinephrine (auto-injectors) in the name of state departments, county agencies, public schools, and authorized private entities for emergency stockpiling

Permits trained volunteer employees and agents at these locations to administer epinephrine to anyone they believe in good faith is experiencing anaphylaxis, even without a prior diagnosis or prescription

Requires individuals who administer epinephrine to complete anaphylaxis training covering recognition of symptoms, proper administration, and emergency follow-up procedures, with retraining every two years

Grants civil liability immunity to entities stocking epinephrine, prescribing practitioners, dispensing pharmacists, and trained administrators, except for willful or wanton misconduct

Defines authorized entities to include agricultural entities, churches, corporate offices, daycare centers, hotels, private schools, and restaurants, with the Department of Health required to identify additional entity types by January 1, 2026
