Amends Act 47 (Session Laws of Hawaii 2024) to add "nurse entrepreneur" to the list of healthcare providers exempt from the general excise tax for healthcare-related goods and services purchased under Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE programs

Expands the existing exemption that already applies to hospitals, medical clinics, health care facilities, pharmacies, and medical or dental practitioners

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
