Establishes a microplastic filtration rebate program administered by the Department of Land and Natural Resources in consultation with the Commission on Water Resource Management

Provides rebates for purchasing and installing microplastic filtration systems on residential or commercial washing machines, or for buying washing machines with built-in filtration systems (specific dollar amounts left blank in bill)

Rebate applications must be submitted within 12 months of purchase or installation; failure to apply within this timeframe waives the right to claim the rebate

Applies to filtration systems and equipped washing machines purchased and installed after July 1, 2025

Appropriates unspecified amounts from general revenues to the water resource management fund for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to fund the program
