Amends Section 442-2, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to allow students enrolled in qualified chiropractic colleges to engage in clinical practice as part of their educational program

Requires clinical practice by students to be conducted under the direct supervision of a qualified licensed chiropractor

Directs the Hawaii Board of Chiropractic to adopt rules specifying requirements for qualified chiropractic colleges and for student participation in supervised clinical practice

Requires the Board to adopt rules defining what constitutes "clinical practice"

Effective date of July 1, 3000 (placeholder date indicating future implementation timing to be determined)
