HI HCR1

Establishes mandatory recess dates for the Hawaii Regular Session of 2026 as February 26-27 and March 2-4, pursuant to Article III, Section 10 of the Hawaii State Constitution.

Designates additional recess dates of January 27 and 29, March 9, 11, and 27, April 13 and 15, and May 4, 5, and 7 for the 2026 legislative session.

Requires concurrence from both the House of Representatives and Senate of the Thirty-third Legislature to adopt the recess schedule.
