Expresses Hawaii Legislature's support for Kamehameha Schools' admissions policy, which gives preference to students of Native Hawaiian ancestry as established by Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop's will.

Urges the Hawaii Attorney General to file an amicus curiae brief defending the admissions policy in any future lawsuit challenging it.

Notes the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the policy's legality in 2006, finding it addresses educational achievement imbalances, does not bar non-Hawaiian students, and is narrowly tailored.
