Relates to House Bill No. 2145 (2026), which would require health insurers, mutual benefit societies, and health maintenance organizations to cover medically necessary proton beam therapy for policies issued or renewed on or after January 1, 2027

Auditor's report with findings and recommendations must be submitted to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the Regular Session of 2027
