Requests the City and County of Honolulu Department of Parks and Recreation to install permanent pickleball nets and court lighting at the tennis courts at Kamiloʻiki Community Park in Hawaii Kai.

Addresses the current inconvenience of players having to bring and set up temporary nets each time they wish to play pickleball at the park.

Notes that approximately 19.8 million Americans played pickleball in 2024, representing a 45.8 percent increase from the previous year and over 300 percent growth in three years.

Encourages the Department of Parks and Recreation to consult with community members regarding the design, placement, and number of pickleball courts and lighting improvements.

Directs certified copies to be transmitted to the Mayor of Honolulu, the City Councilmember for District 4, and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation.
