Requests the Hawaiʻi Civil Rights Commission to examine whether existing state anti-discrimination laws adequately cover algorithmic and automated decision systems used in employment screening, tenant selection, credit decisions, and public benefits eligibility.

Directs the Commission to assess current legal authority to investigate algorithmic discrimination, identify jurisdictional and evidentiary challenges, and evaluate whether new guidance or rulemaking is needed.

Asks the Commission to consider establishing a complaint pathway for alleged algorithmic discrimination and provide recommendations for any necessary legislative action.

Requires the Commission to submit findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2027 Regular Session.
