Encourages the Hawaiʻi Department of Education and Office of Hawaiian Education to create a working group to establish a K-12 Hawaiian language immersion campus in West Oʻahu, specifically within Honoʻuliʻuli Ahupuaʻa

Working group would meet at least quarterly for one year and submit a report including potential locations, enrollment demand estimates, governance structure, teacher workforce pipeline, and implementation timeline

Proposed roadmap targets campus establishment by 2040 to serve the ʻEwa district and neighboring Waiʻanae area, which currently lacks a permanent K-12 Hawaiian immersion school

Working group composition includes 15 members from diverse stakeholders: Department of Education, Office of Hawaiian Affairs, UH system Hawaiian language programs, Charter School Commission, ʻAha Kauleo, community organizations, parents, and legislators from both chambers
