Requests the University of Hawaii Board of Regents to review and refine operational missions of UH's four-year institutions to ensure each campus fulfills a distinct and complementary role

Review should consider workforce needs, student access, geographic service areas, and efficient use of statewide resources

Follows a recommendation from the National Center for Higher Education Management Systems to clarify campus missions and reduce unnecessary program duplication

Board of Regents must submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2027 Regular Session

Certified copies to be transmitted to the UH Board of Regents Chair, UH President, and Chancellors of UH Manoa, UH West Oahu, and UH Hilo
