Removes former Representative Daniel Holt from his positions as Chair of the Legislative Management Committee, GIA Manager of the Finance Committee, and member of the Economic Development & Technology Committee and Tourism Committee following his resignation.

Promotes Sean Quinlan from Vice Chair to Chair of the Legislative Management Committee while retaining his roles as Majority Leader and member of the Agriculture & Food Systems and Energy & Environmental Protection Committees.

Appoints Linda Ichiyama as Vice Chair of the Legislative Management Committee in addition to her existing positions as Vice Speaker and member of three other committees.

Adds Kirstin Kahaloa as a member of the Legislative Management Committee while she continues serving as Majority Caucus Leader.

Reassigns Kyle T. Yamashita from Revenue Manager to GIA Manager of the Finance Committee, with his other committee memberships unchanged.
