Requests the Hawaiʻi Civil Rights Commission to examine whether existing state anti-discrimination laws adequately address algorithmic and automated decision systems used in employment, housing, credit, and public benefits.

Directs the Commission to assess current legal authority to investigate algorithmic discrimination and identify jurisdictional or evidentiary challenges with such claims.

Asks the Commission to evaluate whether guidance, rulemaking, or a dedicated complaint pathway for algorithmic discrimination should be established.

Requires the Commission to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2027 Regular Session.
