Establishes the House Task Force on Hawaii's Future Energy Pathways to examine strategies for achieving 100% renewable energy by 2045 while maximizing cost savings and minimizing ratepayer risk over the next 30 years.

Task force membership includes representatives from the House energy committee (chair), Hawaii State Energy Office, Public Utilities Commission, Consumer Advocate, Hawaii Natural Energy Institute, Hawaiian Electric Company, and Kauai Island Utility Cooperative.

Directs the task force to evaluate energy transition pathways including integrating renewable and distributed energy resources, reducing long-term energy costs, strengthening energy independence and resilience, and examining risks and benefits of fossil fuel infrastructure investments including liquefied natural gas.

Requires an initial report to the Legislature 20 days before the 2027 Regular Session and a final report 20 days before the 2028 Regular Session with findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation.
