Requests the Department of Transportation to correct, update, and complete its administrative rules governing the Driver Education Program as recommended by Auditor's Report No. 25-06 (published April 2025).

The Auditor found the Department of Transportation has not certified any driver education curricula for more than 20 years despite rules requiring certification of student, instructor, and master-trainer curricula.

The audit identified lack of oversight, internal controls, and proper policies, resulting in arbitrary practices, inconsistent instructor certification processes, and requirements exceeding the Department's legal authority.

Requires the Department of Transportation to submit a report on updated administrative rules, revised procedures, and implementation status to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the Regular Session of 2027.
