Hawaii House Resolution acknowledges "Judea" and "Samaria" as the historical and widely-recognized names for the territory commonly referred to as the "West Bank."

Requests all Hawaii state officials use the terms "Judea" and "Samaria" in relevant correspondence relating to the West Bank.

Explicitly states the resolution does not establish American foreign policy, determine final status issues, or create new law regarding the Middle East conflict.

Directs certified copies be transmitted to the U.S. Secretary of State, U.S. Ambassador to Israel, Hawaii Governor, and Chief Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court.
