Prohibits businesses from advertising prices for live-event tickets or short-term lodging (hotels, motels, vacation rentals) without clearly disclosing the total price, including all mandatory fees

Requires the total price to be displayed more prominently than any other pricing information in all offers, displays, and advertisements

Mandates disclosure of the nature, purpose, and amount of any fees excluded from the total price before a consumer consents to pay

Makes it unlawful to misrepresent any fee or charge, including its nature, purpose, amount, refundability, or the service it covers

Allows exclusion of government charges, shipping charges, and optional ancillary services from the total price calculation; effective July 1, 3000
