Appropriates unspecified amounts from general revenues for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 for maintenance dredging at state small boat harbors, boat launch ramp facilities, and other state boating facilities and waterways

Funding covers design, permitting, and dredging work at facilities identified by DLNR

Addresses accumulated marine sediment and debris that can damage vessel hulls and potentially force facility shutdowns affecting recreation and subsistence fishing
