Requires the Comptroller, in coordination with the Department of Human Resources Development, to assess telework-eligible allocations for state executive branch departments and agencies by June 30 of every even-numbered year

Mandates notification to all eligible employees of their telework eligibility following each biennial assessment

First assessment and employee notification must be completed by June 30, 2026

Appropriates unspecified funds for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to establish one full-time management analyst position in the Department of Accounting and General Services

Applies only to state executive branch departments and agencies occupying space managed by or leased through the Department of Accounting and General Services
