Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to create and annually update a wildfire hazard map identifying high-risk, medium-risk, and low-risk areas in each county

Mandates property owners in high- and medium-risk fire areas maintain combustible-free spaces of 25 feet from public rights of way and 10 feet from utility lines, with $1,000 daily fines for violations after 30-day notice period

Authorizes electric utility companies to enter private or public property to trim or remove hazardous vegetation near utility lines, even outside established easements, after providing notice to property owners

Allows utilities to act within 48 hours in imminent wildfire risk situations, with post-action notification required within two days

Requires vegetation management work to be performed by qualified line clearance tree trimmers or journeyman electrical linemen at prevailing wage rates, with appropriations to DLNR for implementation (effective June 1, 2050)
