Prohibits selling or offering to sell event tickets for any event held in Hawaii at a price higher than the original price charged by the primary venue ticket provider

Exempts charitable organizations and their employees/volunteers when reselling tickets through raffles, auctions, or similar fundraising activities for charitable purposes

Defines "primary venue ticket provider" as venue owners/operators, sports teams, event managers, promoters, ticketing service providers, or their agents who conduct primary ticket sales

Repeals existing Section 481B-15 regarding ticket broker fee disclosure requirements and refund obligations for canceled events

Takes effect July 1, 2050
